For some women leggings are never a style option, but sometimes just knowing how to wear leggings makes all the difference between looking chic versus looking like an unfortunate fashion throwback.

If you like the ease of leggings, but want to make sure you always wear them appropriately, consider these tips:

• The simplest way for women to wear leggings is beneath a tunic. Tunics vary in length, so it's important that your tunic is long enough to cover your hips and behind.
