When I found out it was my turn for the staff pick, I positively jumped at the chance to gush to everyone about the cozy Hole Card Dress from Bailey 44.
Retro has always been my style watchword, and this dress definitely drops vintage vibes from the cute cap sleeves, dropped skirt, and draped neckline. Normally I steer clear of stripes - any girl with hips would. But this pattern is slim and subtle enough to actually slim your silhouette down.
