UrbanMinx Boutique Celebrates the 4th of July

Happy 4th of July!

The UrbanMinx crew and their brand new bus celebrated the 4th of July in the Ashland Parade this year. Our new authentic 1940s double decker bus looked shiny and new thanks to the hundreds hours of hard work from Gordy's Customs and Shawn McFadden. The fully restored Double Decker Bus along with the dashing Minx Crew tossed t-shirts and candy into the crowd (who looked beautiful even in 100 degree weather) and sported red jumpsuits to match their new bus. They even managed to pick up a few parade watchers to help celebrate the 4th! A huge thanks to Lucas Balzer for taking a few snapshots of the crew on this special day. Don't forget to send your submissions for bus names to Sarah@urbanminx.com for your change to win a huge shopping spree!

Announcing: UrbanMinx Double Decker Bus!

Here's what your favorite minxs' have been up to!!
We love fashion, but we can get our hands dirty too!

Recently, UrbanMinx has gotten their hands on more things English...and we're not talking about Sharon! UrbanMinx has acquired three double decker buses straight from England and they are in dire need of some TLC.

You can read an article on Melissa's motivation to restore the the double decker buses here.

Recently, the minx team (sans Anton...he was busy helping you get ready for spring with all our newest shipments) spent some quality time with their bus to help restore it to it's original majesty. Jodell was able to make the trip from Bend and we couldn't have been happier! The boys in Gold Hill had never seen a sight like the TeaMinx sanding away (complete with Melanie in her See Thru Soul cords). We sanded and scrubbed until we got that baby ready to paint!
As always, we have heaps of hilarious pictures from the day. Check back soon for a photo album!
